Blue eyeshadow is one of my favorite colors, I always love to grab this tone to create a dramatic look without making it too colorful. This color is also perfect for those who has brown and dark brown eyes like me. For this look, I used a bit of burgundy over the crease and outer corner of lower lash line just to add some dimension and  a nice gradient effect. Scroll down to learn how to do this eye makeup and get this dramatic look…

  1. Put your base on the entire eyelid either eye primer or concealer
  2. Use flat brush to pat down the blue eyeshadow on the eyelid and before the crease
  3. Use blending brush to blend the crease area
  4. Clean up the same brush and apply the burgundy on the upper crease and blend it to the blue eyeshadow
  5. Apply your favorite eyeliner. I used gel eyeliner using small pointed brush.
  6. Apply black pencil eyeliner on the waterline and lower lash line
  7. Apply the same blue eyeshadow over the black pencil eyeliner. Blend it well
  8. (Clean the same brush) Apply the burgundy on the outer lower lash line. Blend it well.
  9. Apply any white shimmer eyeshadow for the tear duct.
  10. Use false lashes or just curl and apply mascara
